Refund & Cancellation Policy

The notes are a digital product delivered instantly, so an order cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent, and we don't refund a change of mind. We will fix the problem or refund you if:

• You were charged but never received the download link, and we could not resend it.
• The file is broken, corrupted or has missing pages, and we could not send a working copy.
• The notes clearly do not match what the website described.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

How to request a refund

WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of purchase with your payment screenshot or order reference and a short description of the problem. Genuine requests are honoured.

Timelines

We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.

Failed payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, it is automatically reversed by your bank or Cashfree, usually within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it isn't.
