• At checkout: your name, email address and phone number, used to deliver the notes and support you.
• Payment: handled entirely by Cashfree Payments. We never receive or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Website usage: basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, through the tools below.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, for example whether a visit led to a purchase. Meta may set cookies for this. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

How we use your data

• To deliver your purchase and send order-related messages
• To answer your questions on email or WhatsApp
• To measure and improve our website and ads

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the business: Cashfree (payments), our email delivery service, and Meta (ad measurement).

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
